How come game systems with the same graphics cards as a PC always have better graphics?

Offline Newbie Posts: 1 Joined: 27.08.11 Warnings:	I've noticed that if a game system (arcade system or home console) has the same graphics card as a PC, the game system always shows the game better. Why is that?
