Extracting .cbf

I'm a bit off creating maps for a year so I totally forgot how to extract .cbf files with Total commander and I have .wcx plugin already.. I want to extract and edit one of my own maps (lost original filesFrown). If anyone writes down some instructions would be great.

Ohh, okay, I remember now, .dat has to be renamed to .cbf and then unpacked.
