I've patched the game to 1.60 and I've tried using VC Starter 1.4.1 from this site's downloads section - however PC seems to forbid me from pasting the contents into my Vietcong directory (despite me being the sole admin on my laptop).

Is this a known problem to anyone on this forum?

if you are admin, try to set permition (write/modify) also for all users for VIETCONG folder

Run VC as administrator ?
Did you install the program right ?
