How to start my own Vietcong 2 server?

Offline Newbie Posts: 1 Joined: 10.11.14 Warnings:	I know not many people come here, but I have a problem installing the game. I would like to point out that my laptop does not have a built-in drive, and I use an external USB drive. So I install the game and suddenly the installer stops at 19%, without any errors or anything, but it responds to the quit and web tabs, and the external drive itself stay in one place not move around. I don't know what's wrong, even the disc itself doesn't have any scratches or damage. Unfortunately, I don't have another computer to check if the same thing happens, I could check it on my friend's computer, but unfortunately he is so very busy with work so I don't have time to check it.
