Especially one my map G_TunnelRats_II. I think it making sound initialization. You can use "old figl" - press ALT+TAB when map loading to RAM. (switch to windows) For few seconds.

Now you should see proper message instead of that "Kozoroh Squad VC Division" dialog. From what I recall: "Kozoroh Squad VC Division" is some message string inappropriately replaced due to the extra player class being added in the Cement_Dust4b (or 4c or both) map.
