Offline Newbie Posts: 4 Joined: 29.06.25 Warnings:	Hi, How can I fix this graphical glitch? It usually happens, but not always. I notice that having textures load into system memory instead of video memory helps more often. But, it's not guaranteed to fix it. See photo. This glitch does not happen if I: use the exact same computer; use exact same copy of Vietcong installation folder; and use Windows 2000 instead of Windows 98SE. Problem happening in this system: Win98SE, Vietcong 1.60, VCStarter 1.7. Diamond Viper V770 Ultra 32MB. Pentium 3. 512MB RAM. tony12w09 attached the following images: [3.59 MB] [3.36 MB]

I remember not liking some of those maps when they played (and rendered) on that kind of "hardware." I can't imagine them working on Stone Age hardware.
