§118a (unauthorized access to any system): up to 6th months jail.
§126a (damaging a system): up to 12 months jail.
§119 (storing data from any system): up to 12 months jail.
§125a (changing data on any system): up to 12 months jail.
Hackers can be sued for all § to a total maximum of 40 months jail. |
