Replay parsing
LG
Hi few months ago i was succesfull with ban2.dat parsing. It was pretty easy now i would like to parse replays from vietcong. I would like to take info about players, score, map. But I cant find anything usefull. Does anybody have idea if these files are coded and how.

From what i did already i estimate that replay cosist 2 parts. Something like init and command part (what is right now happing). First I wanted to parse players names. So i created server with spectator delay 180. I joined as player and as spectator. I wrote rpstart something, rpend and I hope i get 0 seconds lenght replay with only init part. I tried to change player name and compare files but i didnt get anything useful

It probably uses the same movement data that is sent over network. But I don't know about it.
